About This Rental

The 40x80 Pole Tent is our most popular large-event structure, capable of accommodating 200–260 guests for a seated dinner or up to 400+ guests in a cocktail or festival format. The dramatic dual-peak design creates a stunning, regal atmosphere that works beautifully for upscale weddings, fundraising galas, and large family celebrations.

This tent is installed by our professional setup crew and requires a large, flat grassy area for staking. Setup typically takes 4–6 hours and must be done at least 24 hours before your event to allow for interior decorating.

Includes: tent structure, guide ropes, stakes, and center poles. Add sidewalls, flooring, chandeliers, string lights, and uplighting for a complete event environment.
