Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our nearest fulfillment hub to your venue. Most deliveries within 30 miles of a major metro area fall in the $75–$150 range. Long-distance deliveries are quoted individually. You always see the exact delivery fee before confirming your order.

We maintain fulfillment partnerships in major metros across all 50 states. For rural or remote venues, we work with regional logistics partners. No delivery is refused — some long-distance orders simply require additional lead time and a higher delivery fee.

Yes. We regularly deliver to state parks, national parks, public beaches, fairgrounds, and municipal venues. Some locations require event permits or advance authorization — we'll guide you on any requirements we're aware of.

Same-day or next-day delivery is available in most metro areas, subject to inventory. Standard orders are delivered within a confirmed 2-hour window on the morning of your event. Large tent installations are scheduled 1–2 days in advance.
