About This Rental

The 20x40 Frame Tent is the ideal mid-size event tent for weddings, quinceañeras, and corporate events hosting 64–80 guests for a seated dinner or up to 120 guests cocktail style. The internal aluminum frame provides completely unobstructed interior space — no center poles to work around when arranging tables and décor.

This tent can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or any flat surface, making it perfect for venues without natural green space. Sidewalls, flooring, chandeliers, and lighting packages are all available as add-ons.
